Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Promotion.

The Promotion

1.  Once the friend has made a deposit for services required a confirmation will be emailed to the referrer and 50% will be be credited to the referrer.
2. If you have already paid this years hosting subscription, the credit will be applied to the next years subscription.
3. If you refer more than one qualifying friend, the 50% discount will be applied to the following years subscription.
4. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, Rua Digital Web Design reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion; and/or amend these terms and conditions.
5. Users’ personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the Promotion.
